HolidayMarketTravel.com guarantees the lowest price provided the product is available and not below our cost at time of reservation. Some restrictions may apply.

It is the sole responsibility of theĀ  consumer to ensure that they read and understand the Terms and Conditions before purchasing travel services through the HolidayMarketTravel.com website.

All prices on the HolidayMarketTravel.com website are in Canadian funds unless otherwise stated. Airport fees and taxes are not included in the pricing. Pricing is subject to change and any changes in pricing as a result of a tour operator change are not the responsibility of HolidayMarketTravel.com. Once a reservation is confirmed, pricing can not be altered unless you make a change to your reservation, which is subject to additional fees or cancellation penalties. Should there be any price discrepancies between the price shown on our website or that of the tour operator the tour operator’s pricing will be correct.

Holiday Market Travel is a licensed travel agency in the province of Ontario, and provides travel information and reservations to our consumers. (TICO Reg. No. 04034872).

Information on hotels and destinations on HolidayMarketTravel.com’s website are to be used only as a guideline. In every effort possible we make sure that content in our website is up-to-date. However, constant changes of hotels and destinations within the travel industry do occur, and it is beyond our control to be 100% accurate.

All required documentation, such as valid Canadian passports for travel, is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you have proper identification for travel before confirming your booking online. If you are unsure of proper identifications please contact our reservations department at 1-888-333-0922 or 416-253-1148.

Online bookings are to be paid in full at time of reservation. Tour Operators accept Visa, MasterCard and /or American Express. Third party credit card will only be processed after written acknowledgement from the cardholder. All reservations are 100% non-refundable.

Once a reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation of your booking that will be automatically e-mailed to you. This initial reservation confirms all of the information of your booking. You will then receive another confirmation within 24 hours of your reservation recapping your booking. It is your responsibility to recap both invoices and ensure that it is correct. Should there be any discrepancies between the two invoices please contact us at 416-253-1148 or 1-888-333-0922 within 24 hours from the time of booking.

HolidayMarketTravel.com customers may have their tickets couriered to them for an additional cost providing the reservation is reserved outside of 14 days of departure. Cost of courier varies from 15.00 CAD (within Ontario) to 25.00 CAD (within Canada). Please advise our online department of delivery options. HolidayMarketTravel.com customers may also pick up their tickets from our office or at the airport, depending on departure date, at no extra cost. Our office is located at 3665 Lakeshore Blvd West in Toronto (close to Brown’s Line and Lakeshore).

HolidayMarketTravel.com privacy and security act does not allow us to give any information on reservations to third parties unless advised to do so by any legal or law authorities, or to protect the rights of HolidayMarketTravel.com or Holiday Market Inc.

HolidayMarketTravel.com strongly suggests the purchase of insurance. We offer many different types of insurance and strongly recommend that the consumer always travel with insurance coverage.

It is also the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that they read all tour operators terms and conditions prior to confirming any reservations through Holiday Market Travel.
